Chronic Knee Pain
38-year-old male with a history of coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever) and multiple musculoskeletal injuries seeks stem cell therapy to reduce chronic pain and for overall rejuvenation. Patient had a compound fracture in right arm and residual left foot/toe weakness after a 2016 motorcycle accident. During consultation, his main complaints were chronic aches and pains in the knees and wrists.
In April 2025, he underwent IV stem cell therapy with umbilical cord–derived stem cells (approximately 30 million native non-expanded cells) combined with exosomes. Following treatment, he reported complete resolution of chronic pain in the left hip, bilateral knees, and wrists. He described throbbing nocturnal knee pain for approximately 1.5 years prior to therapy, which has now fully resolved.
Since treatment, he has also noted significant improvements in sleep, energy, mood, and overall musculoskeletal comfort. He is now able to ride his mountain bike without a knee brace and no longer experiences the discomfort that once limited his activity. Overall, patient demonstrated an excellent response to the IV stem cell regenerative protocol.
