Herpes
29-year-old African-American female with a 3-year history of Herpes Simplex Virus-1/2 seeks stem cell therapy for alleviation of infectious disease and possible eradication of HSV-1/2. She had previously attempted multiple homeopathic and naturopathic remedies, including direct IV ozone, 10-pass ozone, rectal ozone, and three sessions of SOT therapy spaced six months apart.
The patient had been prescribed prophylactic acyclovir and valacyclovir in the past but declined to take them, stating she felt they were ineffective. She reports never having open sores in the genitourinary area but describes continuous nerve-tingling sensations in the GU region, which is noticeable regardless of her menstrual cycle, with only variability in severity. She then underwent two separate IV stem cell therapies with umbilical cord–derived stem cells (approximately 100 million native non-expanded cells) combined with exosomes.
Following stem cell therapy, she reported improvement in symptoms, including fewer outbreaks and reduced discomfort. She did notice transient mild side effects of fatigue and headache, which resolved quickly. The patient expressed optimism regarding her progress.
